Daily Activity #58 (english)

Today is the last day of the week I practice in the kitchen and we are still trying to make the perfect croissants. Yesterday, we were not perfect because we still had problems with the rolling method. So we have to try and try again to get the best when we are rolling the dough. Yesterday my friend and I were sentenced to run up to 9 times because of a bad layer of croissants.

  Day by day I am increasingly curious about this croissant. So for today I made 3 croissant dough at a time. But, while I mix the first mixture Mr. Ical wants us to handle the oriental buffet menu that semester 3 is prepared because Mr. Ical is very angry with semester 3 because they make stale dishes and aren't worth serving to guests. So my team and I immediately handled this buffet menu to finish. After that, I try to continue my croissant, starting from mixing all the dough to baking. Unfortunately, 2 of my croissant dough failed, the first was over proofing and the other did not expand.

   But the latter is very surprising. This is the best croissant I have ever made. I hope I can make croissants at a later time and it will be better. After all students have finished baking all the croissants we will clean all the kitchens because semester 3 cannot enter the kitchen. After that, we go home.
