Daily Activity #56 (english)
Day 2 of week 2 I practice this semester. After yesterday we did not practice because yesterday we did a qurban meat cutting, so today Mr. Ical wants us to arrive at campus at 07.00 in the morning and then he wants us to create a group with 3 members in 1 group to make croissants. So, for today we only make croissants with groups that are made.
In my group, Andini and Anggita start making croissants at 19.00. My team and I want to make 2 types of croissant recipes from bachour the baker book and recipes from Mr. Ical. For the first we make croissants from mr. ical recipe After that we make croissants from the recipe book baker bachour. We start from weighing all the ingredients and then we mix all the ingredients until all the mixture has a good texture.
After that, we rest the dough. While we rest the dough, we will prepare the croissant fat before we layering the dough. Henceforth, when the dough break time is over, we take out the dough and we roll it until the dough is thin. After that, we laminate the dough and we start folding the dough. After the step is complete, we will proofing croissants for up to 2 hours and then we bake bread with 175 degrees Celsius 20 minutes. Unfortunately, my croissants aren't perfect based on expectations.
