On this day, we just continue our croissants. Because, our croissants that made yesterday still want to be fixed. So, mr. ical wants all of us to make back the croissants yesterday but only to the mixing stage, and we rest for the night. after that we continue the next step this morning.
On this occasion I made croissants very carefully because I wanted to solve the mystery of this croissant. As usual, I make 2 croissants. For the first dough I make butter croissants and the second I make almond croissants. But, my butter croissant did not expand and failed. In contrast to butter croissants, almond croissants have a very good coating. After I bake the red croissants, I cut horizontally over the croissants and then I fill the almond cream after it is sprinkled with sliced almonds. And then, we bake for about 20 minutes to make the almonds brown.
Apart from that, my team also prepared sour bread and pie. So, each member has their own work. After everything is finished, we clean and go home.
