Today, our group have a task to make croissants. The croissants we made are based on recipes from Bachour the Baker's book.
According to the book, we need bread flour, all purpose flour, sugar, butter, fresh milk, and yeast.
for this croissant, the beginning process of making there is no obstacle, until the stage after laminating fat croissants, the correct technique is needed, so that the croissant dough is not damaged, so that during the process of bake, the croissants that are made have a good layer.
If the croissant dough is broken, then after baking, the croissant layer does not have a perfect layer.
