Daily Activity #57 (english)

Welcome back to my blog. On day 3 this is Wednesday we only practice making croissants again because the croissants that were made yesterday were not as expected. So for punishment, we all have to run in the kitchen yard. After that, we have to make another croissant and it must be better, when we make another croissant and it's still bad, we have to run again for the penalty.



     But for today, there is something different because we will be guided by seniors to help us make croissants. He will explain everything step by step from mixing the dough to baking. He also gave tips on making croissants. After all the demonstrations. We made more croissants.

 For today, I made 2 more croissants and the results are not as bad as yesterday because the layer is better than yesterday but still not based on expectations, because it still has to be more hollow. So we must get another punishment. After everything is done, we go to general cleaning and then we eat together. After all the parts are clean, we go home.
