Daily Activity #51 (english)
Today in semester 5, our class are divided into 3 groups. The menu that we will sell is fast food. There are two types of menus, the first is Korean, the second is Latin American. The other group was given the task of working on croissants.
Our group gets Korean Menu, which is:
Gaji Mari
Seollong Tang
Ojinegeo Gui
Bibimbap
Nanaimo Bars
For Gaji Mari, it replaced with Fried Skewer. Fried Skewer consists of, fish ball, shrimp ball and squid ball.
I got the part doing brisket for Bibimbap, and Seolleong Tang.
Brisket is seasoned with plenty of salt, pepper, cumin, Cinnamon, then stirred for about 3 hours. After the brisket is finished roasting, then it is directly scraped with Aluminum Foil, so that the juice from the brisket is not thrown out.
For Seollong Tang, it is made from a clear beef stock which will then be added to the condiment of meat from brackets that have been rastered, glass noodles, and possibly bean sprouts.
