Daily Activity (English)

Today is the last day of practice for this week. My group got a section to prepare the soup. So, today, the ingredients prepared for finishing products are, cuts of meat, Carrot, Turnip, white beans and red beans that are stored in the chiller. The basic ingredients of making Red Peanut Soup are Chicken Stock, but, the Chicken Stock is not available, so we use regular water, then we boil, then mix the spices we made yesterday, then put the meat, when the soup is boiling, add Carrot, Turnip, White Beans, and Red Beans then give the seasoning.

Today, the dessert menu (Bika Ambon) from our class does not come out to the restaurant, because Bika Ambon that made by my classmate failed because of a technical error in the making process. But after 2x tried some techniques, finally Bika Ambon successfully created.

At the open resto, I do not help my friends in preparing the Red Bean Soup, because today i get a coupon to join Table Manner at Restaurant. Me and 8 other friends join the Table Manner. At meal time at Restaurant, the Appetizer (Sambal Ulang-Ulang) which I try to taste is not good, because it is very spicy for an appetizer. For those who have gastric disease can be dangerous  to try this appetizer.

The rules in Kitchen, for those who follow the Table Manner must become a Steward, Steward tasked to clean cooking utensil in Kitchen. So, after following Table Manner, I'm going back to the Kitchen as Steward.
