Daily Report (English)

On Thursday 15 February 2018, as usual for breakfast preparation, my friends and I came to campus at 07.00 am. We are one line in the kitchen, because again this morning is heavy rain. Our senior incharge started to absent us one by one. After the absence, we returned to our sections and then prepared the food to be served at the open resto. My group and three other groups prepare Chicken Porridge (including condiments such as, Salted Vegetables, Chopped Scalion, soy sauce with chili sauce).

Chicken Porridge is made from
⁃ Rice
⁃ Chicken Stock
⁃ Chicken Breast (cut into thin slices)
⁃ Garlic
⁃ Galangal
First, Chicken Stock is heated in a pan on the stove, then rice, cook to boil then Simmer, mix the stock with the rice put in the blender, blend until the texture is not too soft, then cook it back on the stove and low the heat, then put in the chicken meat, galangal, garlic cook to until boil, turn off the heat and pour sesame oil and stir.

While the porridge is cooked, then continue to make orange juice, we squeeze the orange does not use orange squeezer, but squeezed manually (hahah), then add a little simple syrup.

Open restaurant at 10.00 am, this time food and drinks are served in the restaurant all because breakfast today is served in Buffet. We will re-prepare if the dishes at the restaurant have been less.

After restaurant closed, food products in the kitchen to be served at the restaurant was still there more. Mr. Ical give us permission to try the results of our own products. Thank you! Mr. Ical...


Before 1:00 PM, Mr. Ical give me permission to go home first cause tomorrow on Friday 16 February 2018 is Chinese New year. Because a lot of preparation (culture) before celebrating the holiday, beside to gathering with family. So sorry to all my friends, can not do General Cleaning today.
