Yellow Butter Cake
(French Bread)
In making the Yellow Butter Cake we made a mistake, we did not mix the last batter with liquid milk, but we mixed the batter with powdered milk at the time of adding Dry Ingredients, because in the manufacturing procedure that we held there is a mistake on the milk, which did not explain it liquid milk or milk powder. Mr. Ical then told that the milk is replaced with liquid milk, Chef Dino gives input that the milk mixture is made half, then half mixed with Cream. Thank to God after the mistake, our Yellow Butter Cake was successfully done. In accordance with the idea of Chef Dino, tomorrow with the Yellow Butter Cake, we will make Ombre Cake.
To handle this menu I, we divided into 4 groups. I join the group 4, which got the dessert part. Friends from group 4, some handle French Bread, some also handle Yellow Butter Cake. I helped for making the Yellow Butter Cake.
Yellow Butter Cake is made from:
- Butter
- Sugar
- Salt
- Egg
- Soft Flour
- Baking powder
- Milk
- Vanilla

First, put the butter into the Dough Mixer at medium speed, until the texture of the butter becomes soft, then add Sugar, mix the dough until it becomes stiff, then put the egg, mix the dough until it expands and mix the vanilla, after the dough expands add the Dry Ingredients (Soft Flour , Baking Powder, Salt). After the dough mixed together, put the liquid milk then mix again until it combine, then baked at a temperature of 200 C about 30 minutes until it golden brown.

To make Ombre Cake, we first make the Frosting.
Frosting is made from:
- Cream Cheese
- Sugar
- Lemon Juice
- Whipped Cream
How to make it is simple, put Cream Cheese into Dough Mixer, mix until Cream Cheese become soft and fluffy, then add a little sugar. In the other Dough Mixer, add cream, mix to cream to be half peak. Then, Whipped Cream mixed into Cream Cheese slowly, stirring until evenly distributed. After that Frosting is stored into Chiller for tomorrow use.
