Daily Activity (English)

Wednesday April 11, 2018, we continue the ingredients for finishing our products. Today we make Tang Yuan, first we make the filling for Tang Yuan made from Toasted Sesame Seed, Melted Butter, and Sugar. To make Filling, first Ground the Toasted Sesame Seed, then melt Butter add the Ground Sesame Seed and Sugar slowly.

Then we continued to make dough for Tang Yuan made from Glutinous Rice Flour and Warm Water. and then we make into ball form with the sesame seed filling, then we boil it until the balls going up to the surface

Tang Yuan dough we make 4 colors are green, red, yellow, and white. For the red color we give Strawberry and for the other colors we fill with Filling Toasted Sesame Seed.

For the sauce we made from Simple Syrup which in add with Ginger, Cinnamon, Pandan Leaf, and Clove.

After all is ready, we then prepare the ingredients for menu 2.2 tomorrow that is, Gai Tod Takrai, Yam Makeua Yo, Khau Plao.
For Gai Tod Takrai use Chicken, but it is replaced with Fish which is marinated with Salt, Pepper, Corn Starch, Baking Powder, and Sesame Oil and then stored in Chiler

For Yam Makeua Yo, today we only prepare the ingredients for the sauce made from Roasted Garlic, Roasted Ginger, Lemongrass, Fish Sauce, Brown Sugar, Ground Black Pepper, Chile Ground, Salt, Peanut Oil. And shrimp that have been peeled and stored in Chiller.
