Tuesday, May 8, 2018, today we continue the Ingredients for our finishing product that is Beef Rice Bowl. To make Beef Rice Bowl, Saute the Onion then add all vegetable along with Beef Tenderloin which has been pan fried in a short time. After that pour the Blackpepper sauce that has been made into vegetable. For all vegetable we blanch it first.

For tomorrow we get the Soup menu on the 2.2 rotation, which is Tom Yam Soup. For Tom Yam, we prepare Shrimp Stock first. Shrimp Stock is made from saute Shrimp Shell, Ginger, Lemongrass, Garlic, Galangal and Bay Leaf. Then simmer the Stock until the Shrimp Shell down stock.
For the Soup condiment we prepare the Shrimp which has been peeled and store in the chiller.
