Daily Activity (English)

On Wednesday April 25, 2018, we continue our ingredients for finishing product which is Dorayaki. Yesterday we made Filling from dorayaki which is Azuki Bean Paste and batter for dorayaki. Today we just directly make dorayaki because the material was prepared  from yesterday.
To make dorayaki, heat the Pan and then grease a little oil on the Pan, pour the batter, we flip the batter after the batter appears a small balloon from the top of the Batter. At the stage of making dorayaki Pan, fire should not be too high, this may cause the Batter not to be good and quickly burned.

Once dorayaki is finished, add Azuki Bean Paste to dorayaki, then cover with one Dorayaki again.





Today we are not preparing materials for tomorrow, because tomorrow we all get campus activities to go to toraja for 3 days. After Restaurant closed, we then did General Cleaning.
