Wednesday, May 9, 2018, today we continue the Ingredients for our finishing product that is Tom Yam Goong. For Tom Yam Goong today we prepare Tomato that has been cut into Section form, Mushroom that has sliced and Fishball.

To make Tom Yam Goong, Stock that has been made yesterday re-heated, then add Tom Yam Paste. Before presenting Tom Yam to the Soup Cup, we first poured some Tom Yam into Sauce Pan, add Fishball, Tomato, Shrimp and Mushroom. For Garnish from Tom Yam Goong, we use Coriander Leaf.
