Daily Activity #524 (english)

on this day I came at 7:30 am, I then went to the chiller pastry, to check on the vegan cheese that I had made yesterday. and it turns out the cheese is set and solid.

I remove the cheese and then cut it into samples for lecturers who will then be given an assessment through the respondent paper that was made yesterday.

the results were surprising, the cheese I made was very salty, because when I made the cheese, I did not adjust it to the recipe reference, so it made my cheese taste very bad.
