Daily Activity Final Test (english)
Today is the final day. Where is the final this time, we made an event that has been given a modern theme of Celebes. The food we will sell at the event, is modern food but has a taste of Celebes. We were divided into many groups, each group getting a part to make a dish. Daniel and I got a part to make sushi.
Although sushi is a Japanese dish, but our sushi is given a touch of Celebes, the sushi we made is Tamago Nigiri, Uramaki Sushi, for both of these sushi we still have Japanese themes, so event visitors can also feel the originality of Japanese dishes, hereinafter the tuna parape roll, coto gravy roll, Wagyu roll with Makassar classic peanut sauce, and finally the Dabu-Dabu tuna.
The event took place on Thursday, we ourselves began to prepare from Monday, which we prepared in advance namely concepts, platting, layout, taste combinations. Then for tomorrow we prepare sauces, spices, and on the day the event begins, we arrive early at 3 am to prepare sushi rice, and other condiments that must be prepared on that day. You could say this section is quite complicated so I forgot to document things as I prepared until the day of the event.
During the event, there were no obstacles. However, at this event you can say that sushi is much in demand by visitors, so it takes a little while when serving visitors' orders.
